FUND TO EMPOWER

This program promotes dignity, self-reliance, and gender equality by helping individuals especially women and youth start or relaunch small businesses. Through financial, technical, and mentorship support, Banin empowers those with the skills and motivation to work but lacking the means to begin. Support is tailored case by case and includes access to tools, trainings, and marketing opportunities — such as showcasing homemade products through retail partnerships.

The program also works through grassroots initiatives with the Women’s Club, where women are trained in practical skills such as sewing and are provided with the equipment needed to generate income. By investing in people’s potential, Fund to Empower contributes to stronger, more inclusive communities and long-term economic stability.
